Returns and Repairs

Please Note That Engraved Items ARE NOT Eligible For Return.

Can I return an engraved item?

    As engraved items are one-of-a-kind, we offer NO REFUNDS unless an engraving mistake was made by us.
  • When can I return the items by?

    Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of Christmas gift purchases which can be returned within 30 days after Christmas.
  • Do you charge a restocking fee?

    Not if the new, undamaged and unused item is returned in its original box and accompanied by an RMA.
  • I used the item a little and I do not like it. Can I return it?

    No refund is given on used items.
  • How do I return items?

    Contact us by email at info@eflasks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please put a note in the box with an explanation on why you are returning the item and include the original box and any warranty paperwork. Also put the RMA # on the outside box. Please send the return by a trackable shipping method to:

  • I lost the box. Can I return the item without the box?

    If a return comes in without the original box, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • Will my shipping be refunded?

    No. Shipping charges and expedited engraving fees are not refundable.
