Our Return Policy is explained in FAQ Format below:

    Can I return an engraved item?

    Absolutely NO REFUNDS given on engraved items unless an engraving mistake was made by us.

  • When can I return the items by?

    Item has to be returned within 30 days of receiving it, with exception that all Christmas gift purchases can be returned within 30 days after Christmas.
  • Do you charge a restocking fee?

    No. We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • I used the item a little and I do not like it. Can I return it?

    No. No refund is given on used items.

  • How do I return items?

    Contact us by email at info@eflasks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please put a note in the box with an explanation on why you are returning the item and put the RMA # on the box. Please send the box with a trackable shipping method to:

  • I lost the box. Can I return the item without the box?

    No. We do not accept returned items without the original box they came in.
