Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to us, we are more than happy to offer a full refund upon satisfaction of the following conditions without exception. If you satisfy these requirements, please scroll down below for instructions on how to make a return.

Requirements for All Returns

First, all non-Christmas returns must be postmarked to our address within 30 days upon receiving the item which means that the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to mail it back to us. For Christmas and holiday gift returns, the return window is extended to 30 days after December 25th to postmark and return the item to us.

The second requirement of all returned items for refund is that they must be unused and undamaged. Items that show signs of usage or things like scratches and nicks will not be applicable for refund.

Third, we require a copy of the order form or packing slip, the original box which the item came in, and the warranty paper for the item.

Finally, for the purpose of better serving our customers in the future, we require a note with a brief explanation of why the item is being returned. We promise to listen to what you have to say and take it seriously since your comments and concerns make a huge difference in how we operate our business.

If you wish to return an engraved item, please note that we only refund such items if an engraving error was committed by us. Items with engraving mistakes not committed on our part will not be applicable for refund. For non-engravable items, there is no restocking fee but the item must be unused and undamaged condition for refund.

Please note that if you return an item for exchange, a $4.95 shipping charge will be applied.

How to Make a Return

Please note, engraved items are not refundable unless an engraving error was committed by us.

To make a return, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, you must contact us either by e-mail at info@eFlasks.com or by phone at 972-801-6836. Please provide us with your name, your order number, the contents of that order, and your reason for returning the item. We will then supply you with an RMA number.

After you have received an RMA number, please send us the following items when you mail your return:

  • the item(s) being returned
  • the RMA number
  • the original box in which the order came
  • a copy of the packing slip or order form
  • the warranty information on the item which was shipped with it

Upon receipt of this information, your return will be complete and we will reimburse you appropriately.

We here at eFlasks want to be as open about our return deadlines as possible because we know that when it comes to returns, some other websites try to take advantage of their customer's good faith. For instance, some other websites may give you 30 days, but they may start and stop the clock earlier than you may expect. Other websites could say that you have 30 days from the time they process the order (before it even begins shipping!) and that they must receive the item within this same 30 day period as well (or after the post office has shipped the item you are returning to them). The folks at eFlasks believe policies like that are dishonest and an insult to good customer service. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, and we want to provide you with a simple, honest policy for doing so. That's why we provide a 30 day window from the time you receive the item to the time you ship the item for returns. That means that if after two weeks you decide that the item you have purchased needs to be returned, you can mail it that day and not have to worry about whether we will give you a refund. We believe that a satisfied customer is always more important than one sale, and you can trust that we will deal with all returns fairly and honestly.

For the holidays, we know that some of our savvy shoppers purchase gifts for loved ones weeks in advance, and it just wouldn't make sense to have a return policy that punished smart shopping. That's why all such holiday orders may be returned up to 30 days after December 25th. That means you have 30 days after December 25th to postmark your returns to us. The holiday season is meant for giving and good will, and we here at eFlasks want to honor that generous spirit as much as we can by taking the stress and bureaucracy out of returns.
