If you wish to return an item to us, we are more than happy to offer a refund upon satisfaction of the following conditions without exception. If you satisfy these requirements, please scroll down below for instructions on how to make a return.

Requirements for All Returns

1. Non-Christmas returns must be postmarked to our address within 30 days upon delivery of the item which means that the moment you receive the order, you have 30 days to mail it back to us. For Christmas gift returns, the return window is extended to 30 days after December 25th to postmark.
2. Item must be unused and undamaged. Items that show signs of usage, like scratches and nicks, will not be applicable for refund.
3. We require a copy of the order form or packing slip, the original box which the item came in, and the warranty paper.
4. For the purpose of better serving our customers in the future, we require a note with a brief explanation of why the item is being returned.
   
5. Engraved items are not eligible for refund unless we mis-engraved it.
6. If your item is mis-engraved, please send a picture to info@eflasks.com. Include your order number and we will contact you within 1 business day.
   

*Please note that if you return an item for an exchange, a $4.95 re-shipping charge will be applied.

How to Make a Return

Please note, engraved items are not refundable unless an engraving error was committed by us.

To make a return, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, you must contact us at info@eflasks.com. Please provide us with your name, your order number, and your reason for returning the item. We will then supply you with an RMA number.

After you have received an RMA number, please send us the following items when you mail your return:

• the item(s) being returned in its original box
  
• a copy of the packing slip or order form

Upon receipt of this information, your return will be complete and we'll credit accordingly.

Return for Engraving

If you did not input any engraving options for your order that has already been shipped and/or delivered, you can get your order engraved by paying a $5 reshipping fee. Ship your order back to us and we will engrave the order at no extra charge.

If an engraving font was not selected, we will automatically engrave in our standard font, Roman Block.

We here at eFlasks want to be as open about our return deadlines as possible because we know that when it comes to returns, some other websites try to take advantage of their customer's good faith. For instance, some other websites may give you 30 days, but they may start and stop the clock earlier than you may expect. Other websites could say that you have 30 days from the time they process the order (before it even begins shipping!) and that they must receive the item within this same 30 day period as well (or after the post office has shipped the item you are returning to them). The folks at eFlasks believe policies like that are dishonest and an insult to good customer service. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, and we want to provide you with a simple, honest policy for doing so. That's why we provide a 30 day window from the time you receive the item to the time you ship the item for returns. That means that if after two weeks you decide that the item you have purchased needs to be returned, you can mail it that day and not have to worry about whether we will give you a refund. We believe that a satisfied customer is always more important than one sale, and you can trust that we will deal with all returns fairly and honestly.

For the holidays, we know that some of our savvy shoppers purchase gifts for loved ones weeks in advance, and it just wouldn't make sense to have a return policy that punished smart shopping. That's why all such holiday orders may be returned up to 30 days after December 25th. That means you have 30 days after December 25th to postmark your returns to us. The holiday season is meant for giving and good will, and we here at eFlasks want to honor that generous spirit as much as we can by taking the stress and bureaucracy out of returns.
