Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you wish to return an item to us, we are more than happy to offer a refund based on the following conditions.
Requirements for All Returns
- Returns must be postmarked to our address within 30 days of receipt. This means you have a full 30 days from the date you receive the order to send it back to us for a full refund. The only exception is for Christmas gifts which must be postmarked within 30 days following December 25.
- Item must be unused and undamaged. Items that show signs of usage, like scratches and nicks, will not be accepted for refund.
- We require a copy of the order form or packing slip, the original box in which the item came, and the warranty paper.
- Please also include a note with a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned.
- Engraved items are not eligible for refund.
- If your item is mis-engraved, please send a picture to email@example.com. Include your order number and we will contact you within 1 business day to discuss your concern.
- Shipping charges and expedited engraving fees will not be refunded.
*Please note that if you return an item for an exchange, a $4.95 re-shipping charge will be applied.
How to Make a Return
Please note, engraved items are not refundable.
To make a return, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your name, your order number, and your reason for returning the item. We will then supply an RMA number. Anything returned without an associated RMA# will NOT be accepted.
After you have received an RMA number, please send us the following with your returned item(s):
- The item(s) being returned in the original box
- A copy of the packing slip or order form
Upon receipt of this information, your return will be complete and we will credit your account accordingly.

If an engraving font was not selected, we automatically engraved your order using our standard font, Roman Block.
At eFlasks we know returns are sometimes necessary and our goal is to make the process as simple and straight-forward as possible. We want to be as open about our return policies because we know that when it comes to returns, some other websites may try to take advantage of their customer's good faith. For instance, some other websites may give you 30 days, but start and stop the clock earlier than you may expect, like the day your order is placed, not received! We at eFlasks believe policies like that are misleading and that is why we provide a 30 day window from the day you receive the item to the day you postmark the item for return.
We believe that a satisfied customer is always more important than one sale, and you can trust that we will deal with all returns fairly and honestly. We will not be happy until you are happy!
For the holidays, we know that some of our savvy shoppers purchase gifts for loved ones well in advance, and it just wouldn't make sense to have a return policy that punishes proactive holiday shoppers. That's why all holiday orders may be returned up to 30 days following December 25th. The holiday season is meant for giving and good will, and we here at eFlasks want to honor that generous spirit as much as we can by taking the stress out of returns. It is our firm belief that a happy customer will become a loyal customer and one that will recommend us to their family and friends.
