Engraving Policy
- If you would like a monogram (exactly three initials with middle letter larger than the other two) on your item, please note that you must select a monogram font for your engraving, such as Roman Monogram, Diamond Monogram, Circle Monogram, or Interlocking Monogram. When entering your initials into the engraving text box, please enter them in the following order: First Initial, Last Initial, Middle Initial. For example, a monogram for John F. Kennedy should be entered JKF. It will then appear as JKF on the item. Please note that you can get an engraving with three letters in a non-monogram font, but the middle letter will not appear bigger than the first or third letter. As with monogram engravings, the three letters will be engraved in the order they are written in the Engraving Text Box.
- Orders with engraving take up to 3 business days to ship. We do offer an expedited engraving service for a nominal charge of $3.95 per item. Please request the expedited engraving on the item page by selecting the expedite engraving option to "yes".
- Engraving will be done exactly as entered on the engraving text box.
- If choosing to engrave initials using regular fonts (such as Roman Block, Century Block, Old English, Parisian, University, Helvetica) please note that they will be engraved in the exact order as you enter on engraving box and they will be all same size. Please do not confuse regular fonts with monogram fonts where middle letter is larger.
- Engraving will not be altered once the order is placed.
- You may specify location or any special request for engraving in comments section of the order form.
- Unless location for engraving specified in comment section we will engrave on the most appropriate location.
- If no fonts are chosen then we will pick a standard font and engrave using that font.
- Absolutely NO REFUND/EXCHANGE given on engraved items. (Unless engraving error made by us).
